Project Overview:

Youth Connect is a cross-border youth cooperation project that brings together young people from the Tartu region in Estonia and the Liepāja region in Latvia. The project aims to strengthen cultural management skills and create opportunities for young people to work together across borders. A total of 48 young people aged 14-20 will take part in a joint learning programme focused on cultural event planning, teamwork, and cooperation.

The project addresses limited opportunities for young people from the two regions to collaborate and gain practical experience in cultural management. Through joint activities, participants will develop skills, build new connections, and gain experience working in international teams.
