The aim of the priority is to improve and provide public services across borders by removing barriers through pilot measures. This involves promoting cross-border cooperation at the local government level, improving services in border areas, and increasing the capacity of relevant organizations. 2. Jointly and smartly growing businesses

The priority focuses on enhancing the growth and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises; increasing cooperation between research institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises, and the public sector to promote innovation and entrepreneurship; creating and strengthening international innovation networks and clusters and supporting internationalization.
