Consultations

The individual consultation with the Joint Secretariat on the potential project idea is compulsory for the applicant, i.e., representative(s) of the lead applicant’s organisation.

The consultation before submitting the project application in JEMS, once the call is officially launched, is compulsory. 

The communication between the applicant and JS qualifies as a consultation if:

  1. The representative(s) of the lead applicant's organization is present - face to face or virtually.
  2. The project objective, content, cooperation aspect, eligibility of the planned activities, indicators and indicative budget is discussed.

The time and place for the consultations must be agreed in advance with the consultant.
