Project Objective:

The project aims to foster mutual trust and enhance social inclusion for people with disabilities by:

  • Improving service provision for people with disabilities in the target region.
  • Strengthening cross-border cooperation between municipalities.
  • Enhancing the expertise of professionals and support networks.

Key Activities:

  • Joint training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Cross-border networking events to share experiences and best practices.
  • Collaboration between professionals to develop more comprehensive and effective services.

Expected Results:

  • Increased capacity of 12 professionals in Ogre (Latvia) and Haapsalu (Estonia) to create an inclusive environment.
  • Up to 60 people with special needs benefiting from improved support services.
  • 6 capacity-building actions (3 in each country) to develop equal opportunities for income generation.
  • Stronger cooperation across borders, ensuring the sustainability and expansion of inclusive services beyond the project area.
