Project Objective:
The project aims to foster mutual trust and enhance social inclusion for people with disabilities by:
- Improving service provision for people with disabilities in the target region.
- Strengthening cross-border cooperation between municipalities.
- Enhancing the expertise of professionals and support networks.
Key Activities:
- Joint training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Cross-border networking events to share experiences and best practices.
- Collaboration between professionals to develop more comprehensive and effective services.
Expected Results:
- Increased capacity of 12 professionals in Ogre (Latvia) and Haapsalu (Estonia) to create an inclusive environment.
- Up to 60 people with special needs benefiting from improved support services.
- 6 capacity-building actions (3 in each country) to develop equal opportunities for income generation.
- Stronger cooperation across borders, ensuring the sustainability and expansion of inclusive services beyond the project area.
