Project Objective:

The project aims to share knowledge, develop new artistic skills, and strengthen the artist community and network in Southern Estonia and Vidzeme/Kurzeme regions through cross-border cooperation.

Key Activities:

• Organizing eight 7-day residency camps in Estonia and Latvia.
• Facilitating mentorship from experienced artists to enhance professional skills.
• Hosting one joint meeting for all participants to exchange experiences.
• Providing opportunities for networking and collaboration among rural artists.

Expected Results:

• Professional artists from rural areas participate in cross-border residencies and workshops.
• Artists gain new skills and techniques from expert mentors.
• Strengthened cross-border artist network, fostering long-term collaboration.
• Expanded connections within the art community in Estonia and Latvia
