Project Objective:
The project aims to increase knowledge, collaboration, and networking between:
- Artistic and local communities, with a special focus on youth.
- Cultural sector professionals from South Estonia and South-West Latvia.
Through interactive workshops, study trips, and cultural exchange programs, the project will:
- Enhance creativity and innovation in cross-border cultural experiences.
- Develop more inclusive and impactful cultural programs.
- Empower young people and cultural actors with new skills and knowledge.
Key Activities:
- Workshops and study trips to facilitate knowledge exchange.
- Cultural exchange programs led by local artistic communities.
- Skill development initiatives guided by European Capitals of Culture.
- Fostering cross-border cooperation for sustainable cultural projects.
Expected Results:
- A resilient and inclusive network of cultural actors from South Estonia and South-West Latvia.
- Stronger connections between youth and cultural communities.
- Creation of sustainable, innovative, and cross-border cultural programs in South Estonia, South Kurzeme, and Kuldīga regions.
- A long-term impact on cultural development through enhanced cooperation and knowledge-sharing.
