The State Shared Service Centre (Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus) is a governmental agency under the Ministry of Finance with a team of 450 professionals. The Managing Authority of the Interreg Estonia–Latvia Programme is looking for a:
PROGRAMME EXPERT
As Programme Expert, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of the Interreg Estonia–Latvia 2028+ programme.
- Draft programming documents.
- Contribute to the implementation of the current programme.
- Work closely with partners from both Estonia and Latvia.
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 3 years of experience in planning and implementing EU programmes, especially cross‑border programmes (Interreg).
- Strong skills in analysing legal frameworks and working with statistical and analytical data.
- The ability to identify priorities, draw clear conclusions, and define problems and solutions.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to produce clear, logically structured programme texts.
- Strong communication skills, including with the European Commission.
- Excellent time‑management and self‑management abilities.
- Excellent command of Estonian and English (including formal language).
- Motivation to work in an international team.
Additional advantages:
