We are bringing Interreg to one of the most exciting youth events in Latvia - the Mad Liepāja 2025 festival, which is also part of the “Kopums” Youth Capital 2025 celebrations. The festival takes place on 16 - 17 August in Jūrmala Park, Liepāja, and will gather young people from across Latvia for two days of inspiration, creativity, and new opportunities.
You will find us there on Saturday, 16 August, celebrating Interreg Cooperation Day 2025. This year is special - Interreg programmes all over Europe are marking 35 years of cross-border cooperation, bringing communities together and supporting local development, including here in Estonia and Latvia.

The wider Kopums & Mad Liepāja festival will also offer more than 50 organisation and opportunity tents, creative workshops, and information stands where you can discover new initiatives, join hands-on activities, and learn how to get involved in different projects.
