The compulsory consultation
The communication between the applicant and JS qualifies as a consultation if:
- The representative(s) of the lead applicant's organization is present - face to face or virtually.
- The project objective, content, cooperation aspect, eligibility of the planned activities, indicators and indicative budget is discussed.
