21 projects get funding boost from the Estonia-Latvia Programme

On 22-23 May 2024, the Monitoring Committee of the Estonia-Latvia Programme gathered in Saaremaa, Estonia, to review and approve new project applications and discuss opening the 3rd call. This meeting marked an important step in fostering cross-border cooperation, with 21 projects receiving significant funding to support their initiatives.

On 22-23 May 2024, the Estonia-Latvia Programme's Monitoring Committee met in Saaremaa, Estonia. One important focus of the meeting was to review and decide on project applications submitted during the second call, which was open from 4 September 2023 to 18 January 2024. And the other was to discuss the opening of the 3rd call. 

A total of 30 applications were received by the deadline on 18 January 2024. After a thorough eligibility check, 28 projects were presented to the committee for selection. In the end, 21 projects were approved. These projects will receive a total of 10.5 MEUR from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
