Consultations 2021-2027

Please note that the funds for the programme 2014-2020 are committed and there will be no calls for proposals.

For the general information on the programme 2021-2027, please visit a separate section. Please do not hesitate to contact the JS staff over the phone or e-mail too. It is expected that the programme and the first call for proposals will be launched in the second half of 2022.

Consultations

The consultation before submitting the project application in JEMS, once the programme and the first call is officially launched, is compulsory.
Until then, we strongly advise to you to get aquainted with the supported topics and make the first self-assessment of the suitability of your idea to this programme:

Priority Focus Activities Indicators Chart in English {1.07MB]

Prioriteet Fookus Tegevused Näitajad plaan eesti keeles {1.06MB)

Prioritātes Fokuss Aktivitātes Rādītāji Plāns Latviski [1.01MB]

We can be most helpful and constructive during the consultation  - both before and after the call is launched - if you describe the project objective, content, cooperation aspect, the planned activities, and indicative budget in writing and send it to the consultant before the meeting via email.

The compulsory consultation:

The communication between the applicant and JS qualifies as a consultation if:

  1. The representative(s) of the lead applicant's organization is present - face to face or virtually.
  2. The project objective, content, cooperation aspect, eligibility of the planned activities, indicators and indicative budget is discussed.

The time and place for the consultations must be agreed in advance with the consultant.
