Estonia-Latvia programme continues to support the development of the network of small harbours with good services. The second pre-defined project is planned to start in spring 2020.
During the information seminar we will introduce the requirements of the project, with the focus on Estonian small harbours.
We will discuss the requirements for the partners, general rules of the programme, issues related to state aid and construction documents, deadlines, etc.
The criteria for Estonian harbours:
- the harbour is officially registered in the State Port Register8 as of January 1, 2019;
- the harbour is listed in the Conception of the Small Harbour Network 2014-2020;
- the harbour has been included in the list of the Conception of the Small Harbour network 2014-2020 as a priority;
- the harbour is located either on the western coastline of the Hiiu county or northern coastline of the Saare county.
